Once we've gathered all of the information we need, we'll head to the drawing board — literally. We'll come up with a conceptual drawing that we will present to you. Keep in mind that this is a work in progress, and we rely on you to offer feedback. We'll keep making tweaks until you are 100% satisfied with your bathroom design. Once you've settled on your design, we'll finalize it, getting the exact measurements and selecting the materials. This is where your bathroom renovation truly takes off and gets exciting. We'll present you with the final design, as well as a cost after having done all of the research.
Once we have the green flag and a signed contract for the go-ahead, we enter the pre-construction phase. Here, we'll order all of your bathroom remodeling materials and iron out the renovation schedule. Once we have a time frame, we'll let you know so you can begin to make accommodations, such as removing your personal effects from the bathroom and making plans for your pets when our crew is on-site.
The construction phase is consistently rated the favorite phase for our customers. Here, the magic takes place as you'll begin to see your bathroom remodel take place before your eyes. From demolition and removal of old bathroom fixtures, including bathtubs, to the installation of new walls, plumbing, electrical, drywall and even tile, you'll be able to envision the final project.
